NewLight Marketing Inc.: Great Career for Motivated People
If you are a hardworking self-starter who enjoys talking
to people about a great product this is the place for you. Some people have
said that the staff at New Light Marketing Inc. is liars and cheats; this is a
completely false statement. These people either did not pay attention during
the interview process or failed to ask clarifying questions. The New LightMarketing office is the number one office in Wisconsin for the last two and a
half years and the top office in the Midwest region for the last year. You
don’t get recognized for your office practices if your staff lies to employees
and cheats them out of money.
When you first arrive for an interview the job will be clearly
explained to you. The job involves marketing for outside companies in local
retail stores throughout the area. You are required to work a forty hour week,
although you may work more. There is a weekly base pay or a commission per install
provided the sale is actually completed. This means if you are selling
satellite service for DirectTV and the customer signs up but does not get
connected, the sale does not count.
When a company offers you a fast track to management, you
have to realize that simply doing the bare minimum is not what they are looking
for. If the company tells you that forty hours is required but then asks you to
work more hours, you must decide how badly you want to move up. Hard workers
make good managers and that is what this company is looking for.
The base pay is on a weekly basis and there is an hourly
base pay available to those who have not only done the sales but whose installs
also go to completion. The onsite sales team members receive a weekly base pay
or commission based on completed installs. This was thoroughly explained during
the beginning orientation process and if a candidate was inattentive or failed
to understand, then the company is not at fault. During training you are being
taught how to complete a sale and are working with an experiences sales team
member. Therefore, the goal is to make the sales on your own to earn a big
commission check after the training process.
The company offers something that no other company will
offer and that is rapid promotions to management. You can’t expect a company to
give that type of opportunity away to someone who is not fully invested in the
company. This is why many employees will not make the cut after the initial
training period. New Light Marketing is looking for a self-starter that is
highly motivated and enjoys the job at hand. They are not looking for someone
who is only willing to work a forty hour work week and clock out. If you are
looking for easy money this not the job for you, the work is simple but the
hours are long and you must be a dedicated employee.
